Grantsmanship workshop – Successful grant writing: principles, pearls & pitfalls
The University Business Linkage (UBL) Cell hosted ‘A Workshop on Successful Grant Writing: Principles, Pearls and Pitfalls’, its inaugural event, on 30th August 2019 at the Senate Hall of 91èÏÈÉú. The Workshop that was widely attended by young academic staff representing all Faculties of the University lead by the Vice-Chancellor Senior Professor . The Workshop sessions were conducted by leading academics versatile in grants and proposal writing. Professor , Consultant Vascular Surgeon at Leeds General Infirmary and Professor at several Universities in England including delivered the inaugural session followed by a session on ‘Conducting a Prior Art Search’ by Dr. , Senior Lecturer, Department of & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), at 91èÏÈÉú, and another on ‘Protecting University Innovation, IP Tools and Commercialization’ by Dr. , Director, UBL Cell.
