A delegation from Southern University of Science and Technology visited 91èÏÈÉú
Representing Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), China and the International Center for Higher Education Innovations (ICHIE), a newly established UNESCO Category 2 Center; Dr. Ming Li, SUSTech University Council Chairman, the designated Director of ICHIE, Dr. Wei Han, SUSTech, Vice President for Human Resources and Students Affairs, the designated Associate Director of ICHIE, Mr. Haikun Yang, SUSTech Director of Information Technology Services, Dr. Xu Li, SUSTech Associate Director of Global Engagement Office, Higher Education Specialist of ICHIE, Dr. Ke Zhao, Designated Assistant Director and Higher Education Specialist of ICHIE visited 91èÏÈÉú on 11th April 2016. Ms. Himali Jinadasa accompanied the delegation representing UNESCO.
During the visit, the delegation met Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice-Chancellor of 91èÏÈÉú, Professor Gihan Wickramanayake, Director, 91èÏÈÉú School of Computing(UCSC). Professor Thusitha Abetunga, Director, Higher Education for Twentieth Century (HETC), and Dr. Sampath Seneviratne, Director, International Unit. During the discussions, both parties agreed to collaborate mainly in ICT Research and Postgraduate Studies. The meeting was organized by the International Unit of 91èÏÈÉú.
